These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Trackyfi, including the website, dashboard, and related features.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies referenced here.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Trackyfi.

Trackyfi is a finance tracking application designed to help you review profit, expenses, currencies, and related business information in one place.

The service may include landing pages, dashboards, transaction tools, business-type configuration, admin tools, and other features we make available from time to time.

We may change, add, remove, or suspend features at any time to improve the product, maintain security, or support operations.

To use parts of Trackyfi, you may need to sign in with a third-party account such as Discord through our authentication provider.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials, connected accounts, and device access secure.

You must provide accurate information and keep your profile details reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use Trackyfi only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the service.

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer the service, or use automated means to abuse the platform.

You must not upload or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise abusive.

You must not use Trackyfi to violate the rights of others or to store or process data that you do not have the legal right to use.

You must not interfere with or disrupt the service, its infrastructure, or its connected providers.

Trackyfi is a tracking and organization tool, not an accounting, tax, legal, or investment service.

Any profit, expense, or currency data shown in the service is informational and depends on the information you enter or connect.

You remain responsible for verifying your financial records and for any decisions you make based on the service.

Trackyfi may rely on third-party services such as authentication, hosting, analytics, or storage providers to deliver the service.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or outages of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Trackyfi, including its name, logos, interfaces, design, code, and other content provided by us, is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your own internal business or personal use, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content except as permitted by law or by written permission.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Feedback is voluntary and does not create any obligation for us to implement or respond to it.

We may suspend or terminate access to Trackyfi if we believe you have violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, or otherwise used the service in a harmful way.

You may stop using the service at any time.

If your access ends, the provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms.

Trackyfi is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any financial or analytical output generated by the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackyfi and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to use Trackyfi in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you have not paid us, one hundred U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Trackyfi is operated, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it informally in good faith before starting formal proceedings.

If you are a consumer, you may also have non-waivable rights under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept them.
